What is our holiday cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days before departure: €40.00 processing fee
- In the period from 30 to 14 days before departure: 30% of the booked tour price
- In the period from 14 days to 1 week before departure: 70% of the booked tour price
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked travel price.
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-leased completely or partially.
In order to avoid possible cancellation costs in case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we recommend that you take out our inexpensive travel cancellation insurance.
